Okay so I've been neglecting this blog for about a week now and it's safe to say I'm regretting it a bit! I thought I'd give you all a quick update as to what I've been doing.
I've recently started a new job and I absolutely love it. I've been so happy, I've been made to feel really welcome and I'm generally having a really good time. I've had the best week I've had for quite a while and it goes without saying it's the best decision I have made this year. After having such a bad time at my previous job, it was nice to finally give in my notice and wave goodbye! I've found it difficult adjusting to going back to work after nearly a month off but I finally feel ready to move on in my life and make this a happy chapter in my life story.
In other news, I'm back on my healthy eating. I bought a smoothie juice blender thing, which I've been using every day since I bought it. I went off the rails a bit when I went in to hospital, I went days without eating or when I did it was only minimal, I started eating takeaways again and I basically put on a bit of weight. Initally, I had gone back down to 12st which was fine, but when I started eating again it went back up to 12.5st which I am trying to change. And it'll happen, I swear! I have to wait another week or so just to get my tummy muscles strong again (I really haven't healed well from having my appendix out...) then it's back on to Zumba and evening walks. Luckily people at my new job are forever going on about losing weight and are quite pro-active so I'm hoping to find it easier.
I started doing daily vlogs. Well, 1 to be precise and I forgot to film the last part...but I plan on making these a weekly occurrence on my blog so keep your eyes peeled if you are interested in seeing what I get up to. Here's the first one, be it without an ending!
